Welcome to TileSync Fusion! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TileSync Fusion mobile application ("the App," "Game," or "Service") developed and operated by R and S Development ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TileSync Fusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use TileSync Fusion. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
If we discover that a user is under 13 and has not obtained verifiable parental consent, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use TileSync Fusion for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

You may choose to watch rewarded video ads to earn power-ups. This is optional and not required to play the game.
Use of ad blockers may prevent certain features from working properly. We do not support use of ad blocking software with TileSync Fusion.
